Good service.
1. Multiple stains on room furniture (chair, stool). It was pretty bad...like no one has even attempted to clean it in about 10 years.
Clean, comfortable, courteous. We checked in at almost 1am and left again by 930 am. I would love it if charges could be prorated based on length of stay.
Decent decor.
Not so pet-friendly. I had to pay $20 & sign a document with many rules. No pets in lobby, dogs under 35 lbs only, pick up after, don't leave unattended etc etc. Most are rules any decent dog lover would comply w anyway, but the document was overkill, and because I booked online, I had no advance notice of the extra fee or 35lb limit (my dog weighs 90lb, and of course he's just as well behaved as a small dog). Otherwise, accommodations were fine.
On the road traveling, found the hotel on my choice app.I was greates by a very nice young lady who had me in a room quickly. The room was new, the bed was comfy, and I stayed till noon to do some work on my computer. Great place all around.
Not a terrible experience, but if we were traveling through the area again we would look for a different place to sleep.
Breakfast was exactly what you would expect.
BEST PLACE TO STAY IN WASHINGTON COUNTY. We are from Washington County, and every time we visit, we stay at this hotel. I would not even think of staying anywhere else. It's a bit of a drive from Hagerstown, but definitely well worth driving the scenic view! It's just off Interstate 70 and has a really nice staff, clean rooms, indoor and outdoor pool, and a HOT TUB! Quiet, scenic setting, nice local restaurant nearby-what more could you ask for? Our family has never had one bad experience at this hotel.

2. We paid for a roll-away bed. It didn't appear too bad, but it must have been full of dust and dust mites because my son (who slept on it) coughed and sneezed all night (with no similar symptoms either before or after sleeping on that bed).
3. There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor.
